Categoriile Best Female Video si Best Male Video vor fi reunite sub numele Artist of the Year si de asemenea va mai aparea si o noua categorie, Best Fight Against the System, care recunoaste clipurile ce „inspira fanii sa se mobilizeze si sa lupte pentru justitie”.
